Our team is at the heart of everything we create, so it’s vital that we have a culture where everyone can be their best selves and do their best work.
Bold thinking takes more than creativity and collaboration. Wellbeing is key. We provide free mental health support and resources, and we have 30 trained Mental Health First Aiders across the group, so there’s always someone to talk to.
We expect our people to be treated with dignity and respect – and to treat others the same way. Our Colleague Code of Conduct and Dignity and Respect Policy defines what’s not okay, and what we’ll do if that happens.
