It’s important that we all understand diversity and why it’s so important. We’ve partnered with leading diversity organisation Creative Access to give all of our people inclusivity training.
Our doors are open to local schools, colleges and universities, and anyone can apply to our ongoing intern programme. We working in partnership with GBS Apprenticeships, and in 2021, Andrew, our Junior IT Technician, was awarded Apprentice of the Year.
