Our people – all our people – are the key to krow.x. We have a culture that champions respect, wellbeing, work/life balance and individuality.
We’re committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment where everyone can be themselves. Our people are our agency, and it’s important we listen, learn and support them in developing their skills and achieving their professional goals.
At krow.x we operate a flexible working model. Our employees are encouraged to strike the right balance to meet both their own needs and the needs of the business. Of course the office can be beneficial for collaboration, creativity and learning, but we also know that sometimes it just suits you better to WFH.
We take a proactive approach to our employees’ health and wellbeing. We have Mental Health First Aiders on site who oversee our mental health support and educational activities, and are always available for a chat.
We value spending time together. From celebrating wins big and small to sports days and festivals, we know how to throw a good party. And if that’s not your thing, yoga lunches, charity runs and cycling weekends mean there’s always something to get involved in.
2022 marks our 50th year in business. The world looked very different in 1972 – as did our clients’ briefs. Since then we’ve continually evolved our offering to reflect the needs of our clients and partners, and their customers. We’re proud of our heritage and the people who helped make us who we are today.
Here’s to the next 50.
We’re always on the lookout for new talent to join the krow.x team. We’re currently recruiting for a number of roles across our Norwich and London offices.
